I live in Australia and made this for our Master Cook competition at work. They absolutely loved it. So many people have asked for the recipe and they can not believe how easy it is.

One of my family favorites, just one problem:
Serves (8 – 10) NOT IN MY HOUSE! I’m allowed one slice and then dad and the kids grab a spoon and pig out!
