It's really durable, and i switch up the flavours to change the cakes every time. My best yet is to add cocoa and coffee granules, shove a square of bar-one chocolate into the middle of the cupcake and bake as per instructions. Top with mocha icing and it's delicious :-) Tank you for my fool-proof, flop-proof favourite recipe!
