		<description>Hi Loren I was just browsing and it doesnt look like you received a reply - you must use smooth cottage cheese for this.  I usually make it with 250ml fresh cream, stiffly whipped and 3 tsp gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water.  It is really delicious.</description>

I remember doing something similar to this when I was at school and we pushed the cottage cheese through a sieve to make it smooth.
